AAMMAN -The Lower House Speaker, Abdul Karim Doghmi, discussed with Kuwaiti Ambassador to Jordan, Aziz Daihani, ways to enhance bilateral cooperation in all fields, especially in the parliamentary area, according to a House statement issued Thursday.

Doghmi said Jordan "highly" appreciates
Kuwait and its "principled" stances at the pan-Arab level, lauding the "solid, brotherly" Jordan-Kuwait ties.
In this regard, he referred to the shared stances over many files, stressing the importance of maintaining continuous joint parliamentary coordination on various parliamentary issues.
The two sides lauded the Jordanian-Kuwaiti "deep-rooted" relations and the level of two countries' leaderships' coordination and consultation, stressing the importance of strengthening joint cooperation in various fields, in a way that achieves common interests and serves the Arab nation's causes, the statement said.
For his part, the Kuwaiti envoy affirmed his country's "high" appreciation for Jordan under His Majesty King Abdullah II's leadership and his supportive stances for Arab and Islamic nations' causes.
