Houthis: Number of Downed U.S. Drones Rises to 21

The Houthis announced on Saturday that the total number of U.S. drones they have downed has reached 21.

The group released footage showing the wreckage of a U.S. MQ-9 Reaper drone that was shot down today while allegedly carrying out hostile missions in the airspace over Sana'a province.اضافة اعلان

The video documented the moment the drone crashed to the ground and caught fire, with wreckage clearly visible.

Earlier, the Houthis had announced that they had downed a U.S. MQ-9 drone during what they described as a hostile mission in the skies over Sana'a.

They stated that their air defenses brought the drone down using a locally made surface-to-air missile. This is the second U.S. drone reportedly shot down within 24 hours and the sixth drone downed in April 2025.
