ICJ orders Israel to prevent, and punish genocide incitement

THE HAGUE — The International Court of Justice (ICJ) has ordered Israel to take measures to prevent and punish direct incitement of genocide in the Gaza Strip. Furthermore, it has ordered Israel to submit a report within one month. Israel is required to update the court on the actions it is taking to comply with the directive to utilize all available measures to prevent acts of genocide in Gaza.
