The
Jerusalem governorate issued a brief statement expressing concern over this
serious development. The move aims to prevent worshippers from entering
Al-Aqsa Mosque for prayers.
This
action comes amidst the intensified siege on the mosque, which has been ongoing
for the past five months. Additionally, dozens of expulsion orders have been
issued against Jerusalem residents, preventing them from praying during the
month of
Ramadan.
