Intensive Israeli Airstrikes on Southern Lebanon

Israeli warplanes launched a series of airstrikes on southern Lebanon on Friday evening, coinciding with intensive flights over the southern skies.

A Lebanese security source told the Jordan News Agency (Petra) correspondent in Beirut that the airstrikes targeted the city of Nabatieh and the areas of Jabal al-Rihan, Beit Yahoun, Zibkin, Yatar, the course of the Litani River, Wadi al-Aziziyah, and the area between Aita al-Jabal and Beit Yahoun.

The source added that the sounds of these airstrikes were heard in distant areas, leading to the destruction of several facilities and the outbreak of fires.
