GAZA – Ten
international organizations have called for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza due
to the "unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe" caused by the ongoing
Israeli aggression on the strip.

The organizations, including
Oxfam, Medicine Sans Frontieres (Doctors without Borders), and Amnesty International emphasized the urgency of
stopping the violence, stating that Gaza is currently experiencing a
comprehensive war, resulting in an unparalleled humanitarian disaster, Al-Mamlaka TV.
The General Director of Médecins
Sans Frontières (
Doctors without Borders) Joël Fauré stated that the current
situation is "worse" than in all recent conflicts, including those in
Syria and Yemen, highlighting the densely populated nature of Gaza which is
divided into eight heavily populated areas that are under bombardment.
"All our teams are in shock and
do not know where to eat or sleep," Fauré added, echoing the sentiments of
Gaza's entire population.
The manager of operations for the
International Emergency Organization Olivier Roty affirmed that Gaza is
"undoubtedly the most dangerous place in the world for humanitarian
workers,” expressing increased concerns about hunger.
Human Rights Watch stated on Monday
that Israel deliberately uses "starvation of civilians as a war
tactic."
The President of MSF Isabelle
Defourny, described the situation in the overcrowded hospitals as
"hopeless." She also noted that "a quarter of the patients
treated by MSF are children under 12," with "half of them under 18
years old, and three-quarters are women and children."
