The U.S. Department of Defense (Pentagon) announced that the U.S. State Department had approved the sale of Hellfire missiles to Israel for $660 million.
Additionally, the Pentagon confirmed that the State Department had approved a potential sale of munitions and guidance kits to Israel worth $6.75 billion.
Meanwhile, the U.S. news site Axios reported that the U.S. arms deal with Israel includes approximately 18,000 bombs for aircraft, with deliveries set to begin in 2025.
The deal also includes 3,000 Hellfire missiles, scheduled for delivery starting in 2028, according to the same source.
