Israel arrested 4,400 Palestinians in the West Bank since October 7

According to Khaberni, human rights organizations stated that this number does not include arrests in the Gaza Strip. The arrest campaign was accompanied by "widespread acts of torture, assaults, threats against detainees and their families, and the destruction of their homes," in addition to "direct gunfire with the intent to kill."
