International Court of Justice (ICJ) by obstructing the delivery of sufficient
humanitarian aid to Gaza, thus defying the prevention of genocide.

Despite the court’s ruling,
Israel has failed to ensure the necessary goods and life-saving services reach
the Gaza population, who are on the brink of famine, Al-Mamlaka TV reported.
As the ICJ’s public hearings
continue to examine the legal consequences of Israeli occupation, the
Secretary-General of Amnesty International, Dr. Agnès Callamard, asserted that
the world must recognize that ending
Israel’s illegal occupation of Palestine is a prerequisite for halting the systematic human rights violations and
apartheid practices.
For 76 years, Palestinians
have endured life under the brutal Israeli military occupation, facing
discrimination and oppression. This prolonged occupation stands as one of the
most devastating and far-reaching military occupations globally, characterized
by systematic violations of Palestinian rights and the entrenched apartheid
system imposed upon them.
