Israel is conducting a massive jamming operation on global satellites

AMMAN – The Jordanian cybersecurity expert, Majdi Al-Qabalin, stated that Israel is currently conducting a massive jamming operation on global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) with the help of several countries, which affects Jordan.اضافة اعلان

According to Qabalin, the goal of this operation is to jam drone guidance systems, with a focus on Yemeni, Palestinian, and Lebanese drones, Khaberni reported.

He clarified that GNSS includes GPS (USA), GLONASS (Russia), Galileo (EU), and BeiDou (China) satellites.

Qabalin stated in a Facebook post that this is a major violation of international law and illegal conduct that jeopardizes the safety of air navigation, various tracking systems for individuals, vehicles, mobile phones, and map systems in neighboring countries, particularly Jordan and Egypt.
