The newspaper mentioned that the conference, titled ‘Israel’s Victory,’ is organized by a coalition of settlement organizations in the Strip led by the head of the Samaria Council, Yossi Dagan, and the Nachala settlement movement. Thousands of Israelis from religious and extreme nationalist currents, including 20 ministers in the government and members of the Knesset, are expected to attend.

Furthermore, the newspaper reported that Israeli Minister of Tourism and Likud Party member, Haim Katz is among the ministers urging the public to express support for the conference, which aims to present an image of the ‘next day’ after the war on Gaza.

Katz considers canceling the disengagement law and returning to the Homesh settlement in Samaria as an important starting point, emphasizing that restoring security will involve a strong military strike, resuming settlement activities in the Strip, and northern Samaria.

Additionally, Minister of Culture and Sports Mickey Zohar called for attendance at the conference, stating, "We will hold an important conference where we will thoroughly explain the reasons for the importance of settlement and why preventing the establishment of a Palestinian state is crucial."
