Salama Marouf, the head of the Government Media Office in Gaza, stated that the occupation had targeted trucks carrying Palestinian refugees. Marouf confirmed on Friday that the shelling had affected dozens of Palestinians, with dozens of women and children, arriving at Al-Shifa Medical Complex.
