Israeli Defense Minister threatens Hezbollah with Gaza’s same fate

In an interview with the American newspaper, the Wall Street Journal, Gallant pointed out that while Israel’s priority is not to engage in a war with Hezbollah, “80,000 people need to be able to return to their homes safely, and therefore if all other options fail, we are ready to sacrifice.”

“They see what is happening in Gaza… They know that we can copy and paste it in Beirut,” he added.
