Israeli airstrike claims family of 18 in Gaza, tower in Rafah

Simultaneously, in Rafah, an Israeli airstrike targeted a residential tower without warning, as reported by Al Jazeera. At least nine casualties were reported in this incident. Emergency service officials anticipate the death toll to increase as several individuals remain trapped under the rubble.
