RAMALLAH, Palestinian Territories — Israeli occupation forces shot and killed a
Palestinian worker on Sunday, in the occupied West Bank.
The
Palestinian health ministry identified the man
as Nabil Ghanem, 53, from Nablus.

The man was on
his way to work inside Israel when Israeli forces opened fire on him, according
to the Palestinian news agency, Wafa.
An Israeli spokesperson said its forces had shot at
someone who “vandalized” the separation wall.
Israeli occupation forces have killed 45
Palestinians in the West Bank since late March, including Al Jazeera journalist
Shireen Abu Akleh.
Nineteen Israelis, including a settler, were killed
in the same period.
Violence has recently flared again since Israeli occupation
forces killed three members of Palestinian resistance movements during a raid
in Jenin on Friday.
