The health ministry said the woman died from a
bullet to her chest, identifying her as 31-year-old Ghofran Warasnah.
The Palestinian Prisoners Club said she was a
journalist who had been imprisoned by Israel and released in April.
The
Red Crescent said that the Israeli forces
prevented medics from approaching Warasnah until after 20 minutes of her
injury.
Israeli occupation forces accuse the woman of an
“attempted stabbing”, according to AFP.
Israeli forces have killed 36
Palestinians in the
West Bank, including a journalist who was covering a raid in Jenin and bystanders.
