JENIN — At the break of dawn on Friday, three
Palestinians were killed in Jenin, and 12 others were injured after a major
incursion by Israeli occupation forces. Dr. Wissam Bakr, the director of Jenin
Governmental Hospital, confirmed the death of Abdullah Bassam Abu Al-Hija, a
young Palestinian from the town of Yamoun, located to the west of Jenin. He
succumbed to his injuries, having been shot multiple times. Another young man, 24-year-old Issar Mohammed
Al-Amer from Jenin refugee camp, was also killed.

Later, after the Israeli occupation forces
withdrew from the city of Jenin and its camp, residents discovered a third
victim in the vicinity of the camp's agency school. This third casualty was
identified as Jawad Al-Turki, Al Mamlaka TV reported.
Medical sources reported that the occupation
forces opened fire on an ambulance, detaining its staff and preventing it from
reaching the injured Issar, who bled to death.
Local sources said that a substantial number
of Israeli soldiers entered Jenin, accompanied by two D9 bulldozers. They
raided numerous buildings and houses, focusing primarily around Ibn Sina
Hospital and the Zahra neighborhood in the city, as well as on the outskirts of
the Jenin camp. Snipers were positioned within these buildings and houses.
Additionally, the skies over Jenin and its camp witnessed an intensive presence
of Israeli drones and warplanes.
These sources also pointed out that the
occupation forces entered the city from multiple directions and deployed
significant reinforcements, comprising of over 40 military vehicles, amidst
fierce confrontations.
Medical sources further confirmed the injury
of 12 young men who were shot by the occupation forces. They were promptly
transported to hospitals in the city, with one of them in critical condition.
The number of deaths in the occupied West Bank
has now reached 109 since the beginning of this month, with more than 1,900
people injured.
After the withdrawal of the occupation forces
from Jenin, a massive march commenced in front of Jenin Governmental Hospital.
Participants carried the bodies of two victims, wrapped in the Palestinian
flag, as they chanted slogans condemning the murders and the ongoing crimes
committed by the occupation forced against Palestinians in the West Bank and
Gaza Strip.
