Jabalia stands as the largest of Gaza Strip's eight refugee camps, with approximately 116,000 registered refugees, according to the UN. Tragically, this is not the first time it has been targeted by the Israeli military.
Since October 7, it has suffered bombings on October 9, 12, 19, and 22, resulting in the deaths and injuries of hundreds.
On October 31, the Gaza Ministry of Health reported that at least 400 people have been confirmed dead, and many more remain trapped under rubble, with hundreds wounded.
