JENIN – On Sunday, Hamas senior political officer, Husam Badran, said that the escalating resistance in Jenin and throughout the West Bank “will break the arrogance of the [Israeli] occupation”, Al-Ghad reported. Badran pointed to the resistance’s steadfastness against Israeli Occupation Forces’ attacks on cities in the West Bank, the latest of which was in Jenin early Sunday. The resistance set up a tight ambush for the IOF soldiers on foot and detonated an explosive device in a military jeep. The IOF later reported the death of one of their soldiers and the injury of 4 others.
