Julia Hartley-Brewer's interview sparks 15,536 complaints to Ofcom

LONDON – On Thursday, Ofcom, the UK's communications regulator, received 15,536 complaints regarding the “unprofessional and rude” behavior of British broadcaster Julia Hartley-Brewer during an interview with Palestinian politician Dr. Mustafa Barghouti.اضافة اعلان

In the interview, Hartley-Brewer repeatedly interrupted her guest and shouted at him several times in an unprofessional manner, Al-Ghad reported.

After the interview clip went viral online, Hartley-Brewer received severe criticism on social media, where she was described as the most aggressive journalist and was called a "clown.”

Meanwhile, many viewers praised Dr. Barghouti for remaining calm and professional throughout the interview.
