Medical emergency amid power outages at Gaza hospitals

GAZA —The Director of Al-Shifa Medical Complex said on Saturday that children and patients within the hospital have begun to die due to power outages in Gaza. اضافة اعلان

According to Al Quds press, a child in the neonatal care unit passed away due to cold after a power outage in their incubator. Another patient died in the intensive care unit.



Video circulated online from the Al-Quds hospital shows a surgery being conducted in the dark amid a power outage late Friday night.

A number of power outages have struck the strip in the last day as Israel's aggressive bombardment of the strip continues.
