According to local media outlets, the fire occurred in an apartment in the city of Temara, near the capital Rabat.

The report mentioned that the ages of the children who died from the flames and heavy smoke ranged between 3 and 12 years.

Security authorities have launched an investigation into the incident, under the supervision of the Public Prosecution, to uncover any details related to the fire and identify those responsible.
