Occupation police punish officer for fleeing

OCCUPIED  JERUSALEM – The Israeli occupation police announced today, Thursday, the punishment of one of its members after he fled from his position when a Border Guard soldier was stabbed east of Jerusalem by a Palestinian child aged (16 years) last Monday.اضافة اعلان

According to Al-Quds press the police stated that the officer "left his position and acted completely contrary to orders and instructions at the time of the attack."

It added: "The officer was transferred after the investigation revealed a serious disciplinary and operational failure in the circumstances surrounding the killing of the Border Guard soldier, Rose Elisheva Lubin (20 years)."

Lubin was stabbed in front of a police station in East Jerusalem near the Damascus Gate," and the Israeli police announced the killing of the young boy.

The occupation authorities announced the injury of the soldier, and later announced her death from her injuries.

According to the Israeli newspaper "Times of Israel," Lubin was buried on Thursday in a cemetery in Jerusalem.
