The meeting is being held at the joint
request of Jordan and Palestine, and in coordination with Saudi Arabia, which
chairs the Executive Committee.
It will focus on the continuous incursions
by Israeli occupation forces into Al-Aqsa Mosque and their assaults on
worshipers, as well as the right of Jerusalem worshipers to perform their
religious rituals.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and
Expatriates affirmed the continuation of Arab, Islamic, and international
action to stop the Israeli attacks, which represent “a flagrant violation of
international humanitarian law” that aims to change the historical and legal
status quo in Jerusalem and at its holy sites.
