Palestinans have the right to self defense — Abbas

RAMALLAH — Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas chaired an emergency leadership meeting Saturday that included a number of civilian and security officials, Palestinian media reported.اضافة اعلان

President Abbas stressed the need to provide protection for the Palestinian people, stressing the right of the Palestinians to self-defense to confront the terrorism of settlers and occupation forces.

 He called for providing everything necessary to strengthen the steadfastness of the Palestinian people in the face of the crimes of the Israeli occupation and settler gangs.
