Palestinian Foreign Ministry: Israeli Deductions from Tax Revenues Are Part of Genocide and Displacement Campaign

The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has expressed grave concern over the continued unjust Israeli deductions from Palestinian tax revenues ("clearance funds") and the withholding of Palestinian funds, which have exceeded $3 billion.اضافة اعلان

In a statement issued on Tuesday, the Ministry considered these deductions as part of colonial and racist political schemes, falling within the framework of genocide, displacement, annexation, and the Israeli attempts to weaken the Palestinian Authority. It also described these actions as a blatant violation of international legitimacy and resolutions.

The Ministry called for Arab and Islamic steps to protect Palestinian legitimacy and its institutions, and for the implementation of the financial safety net. Additionally, it urged the international community to swiftly act against Israel’s violations of Palestinian rights and its ongoing aggression against the Palestinian people.
