Cairo - Mahmoud Al-Habbash, Advisor to the Palestinian President, lauded Jordan's leading role and support for the Palestinian cause and its efforts and movements to stop the war on Gaza, which align with the four Palestinian priorities, namely stopping the aggression against the Palestinian people in a comprehensive, complete, and permanent manner, providing necessary and relief needs and assistance of various kinds, stopping the forced displacement scheme from the Gaza Strip, and ensuring the implementation of the political solution to defuse the occupation's aggression and the establishment of the Palestinian state on the June 4 borders, with Jerusalem as its capital.

Al-Habbash told the reporter of the Jordan News Agency (Petra) that hosting the International Conference for Emergency Humanitarian Response in Gaza by Jordan reflects the Kingdom's distinctive humanitarian and relief effort and its full readiness to provide relief to the people of Gaza as an important element in addressing the catastrophic situation that the Palestinian people are living through, pointing to the airdrops carried out by Jordan and led by His Majesty King Abdullah II himself.
He also commended Jordan and Egypt's firm stance on the displacement issue and their warning of the consequences of the situation before the war on Gaza.
The Palestinian president's advisor stated, "We have faith in Jordan's leadership, His Majesty King Abdullah II, and his efforts and good intentions, especially because Jordan's policies are consistent with the Palestinian position.
