This request was made in a written memorandum presented by Qatar to the International Court, seeking an advisory opinion on Israel's obligations regarding the presence of UN activities, particularly the operations of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), other international organizations, and third-party states.
Qatar expressed confidence that the court’s opinion will clarify the critical legal issues related to securing the livelihoods of the Palestinian people and their inalienable right to self-determination. (Al Jazeera)
