In the first front, situated northwest of Beit Lahia,
Israeli forces made their advance two days ago, provoking a swift response from
Palestinian factions. Intent on targeting the gathering, they employed
mortar shells, leading to intense and prolonged confrontations that persisted into the
evening. The second front was east of Beit Hanoun, which bore witness to
limited Israeli incursions.
Meanwhile, the area south of
Gaza City, colloquially
referred to as the Queen's area, became a battleground as Israeli military
vehicles attempted an advance. The resistance met them head-on, resulting in a
violent confrontation that compelled the Israeli forces to withdraw towards the
separation fence.
Furthermore, The fourth front was positioned in the Sufa
area within the city of Rafah, situated in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.
Israeli forces, for the second time in as many days, sought to infiltrate this
area, but could not, according to Al Qassam Brigades. This resistance forced
the Israeli forces to retreat toward the separation fence.
It was reported that ambulance teams in Gaza faced
formidable challenges in reaching locations targeted by Israeli occupation
forces. The intensity of the shelling rendered their efforts to transport the
killed and the wounded to hospitals exceedingly difficult.
