South Africa to ICJ: Israel seeks to destroy Gaza

THE HAGUE — Thursday marked the commencement of the first session of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to consider South Africa’s lawsuit against the Israeli occupation for committing genocide crimes against the Palestinians. The court is currently hearing South Africa and its legal defense regarding a lawsuit accusing the Israeli occupation of committing crimes against the Palestinians in Gaza.
