This situation persists as clashes continue
at the
Gaza Strip border. On Tuesday morning, militants from Al-Qassam Brigades
announced that an exchange of fire had taken place with invading enemy forces
in the southern Gaza axis, involving the use of machine guns. They further
reported targeting four vehicles with "Yassin 105" shells and
improvised explosive devices, Khaberni reported.
Furthermore,
Al-Qassam Brigades confirmed
that they had targeted an Israeli tank and bulldozer in the northwest Gaza axis
with "Yassin 105" shells.
In response, the occupying forces launched a
heavy artillery barrage in the northern Gaza Strip. This was followed by an
announcement from Al-Qassam Brigades that they had targeted an Israeli foot
patrol unit near the Karam Abu Salem border crossing with Gaza using mortar
shells.
Al-Qassam Brigades fighters also opened fire
from an ambush toward invading Israeli vehicles west of the Twam area in
northern Gaza and successfully targeted three Zionist vehicles with
"Yassin 105" shells.
