UK halts evacuation process after Kabul attack

AMMAN— The British Defense Minister Ben Wallace said that the evacuation process carried out by his country in Afghanistan will end within a few hours.اضافة اعلان

"Overall, the main operation is now over and we only have a few hours left," Wallace told Britain's Sky News on Friday, the day after the attack at Kabul airport.

Wallace said that at 3.30pm the United Kingdom closed the Barron Hotel, to which candidates are sent to travel to Britain.

He expected the British Defense Minister that the threat of more attacks around Kabul airport will increase with the approach of Western forces to leave Afghanistan.
