OCCUPIED JERUSALEM — On Saturday, the
Israeli Non-Governmental Organization, Peace Now stated in a new report that the number
of Israeli settlements and new roads constructed for settlers has increased
unprecedentedly in the
occupied West Bank since the beginning of the Israeli
war on the Gaza Strip, Al-Ghad reported.

According to the report, nine settlement outposts were
established in the occupied West Bank during the three months of the war on the
strip since
October 7 2023. In addition, 18 new roads were either paved or
permitted by the settlers.
The report emphasized that the ongoing war is being
exploited by extremist settlers to solidify a fait accompli on the ground, and,
consequently, gain control over larger areas of Area C in the
occupied West Bank.
