AMMAN — HRH Prince El-Hassan bin Talal,
President of the Higher Council for Science and Technology, stressed the
importance of Jordan’s industrial integration, according to the Jordan News
Agency, Petra.

Prince Hassan also pointed to the need for
networking, integrating, and thinking about new horizons for self-reliance and
understanding the future.
Touring Qastal
Industrial City and the region’s factories on Wednesday, the prince was briefed
on production lines, labs, and mechanisms used in manufacturing processes.
During the visit, he also listened to introductory
presentations made by factory officials on manufacturing mechanisms and
objectives.
Addressing the industrial and investor community,
the prince hailed the role of local industries and investments in empowering
Jordanian citizens.
He also stressed the importance of focusing on
“strategic” goals to achieve productive work.
Prince Hassan noted the importance of prioritizing
and aligning legislative packages with development and setting long-term
policies with a Jordanian vision to realize Jordan’s industrial path.
