JEDCO to cover 50% of Jordanian export shipping costs

AMMAN — The Jordan Enterprise Development Corporation (JEDCO) has launched a program to cover half the costs of shipping Jordanian industrial and agricultural products by sea and air to other nations across the world, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra. اضافة اعلان

In a statement on Wednesday, JEDCO said the initiative would run through the end of 2022 and is part of a larger national effort to assist Jordanian products to retain their foothold in markets worldwide in the face of growing global shipping fares.

The statement said exporters can apply to the program through the institution’s website, www.jedco.gov.jo.
