Jordan’s Ambassador to Egypt Amjad Adaileh and Egyptian Minister of Health and
Population Khaled Abdel Ghaffar on Sunday discussed expanding the registration
of Jordanian medications with professional entities in Egypt, according to a
local news outlet.

The meeting covered
strengthening bilateral cooperation in the medical and public health sectors,
exchanging expertise, and developing the medical resources of Jordan and Egypt
in the areas of health, medical care, epidemic control, and emergency crisis
management.
Adaileh and Abdel
Ghaffar also discussed coordination between the Kingdom and the Egyptian
Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to provide Jordanian
medical students studying at Egyptian universities with training opportunities
at the Egyptian Ministry of Health’s hospitals.
The officials emphasized the “strong relations” between the
two countries, voicing their pride in the “advanced levels” of joint
coordination in various areas.
