A study conducted by the Center for Strategic Studies at the University of Jordan found that the security services and the army had the highest percentage of trust for the Jordanian citizen, reaching 97%, while the recently formed government reached 50% of trust, what does this mean?اضافة اعلان

It means that the citizen trusts the institution of the security services and the army due to its professionalism and high professionalism for the roles it performs on the ground of various main and secondary duties and distinguished successes without corruption or nepotism and advanced standards by rewarding the hard worker and holding the defaulter accountable, which maximizes productivity from performing health, educational, cultural, legal, engineering, financial, commercial, manufacturing and service duties, in addition to the main duty of maintaining security for the citizen to enjoy tranquility and safety.

The full harmony between the security services and the army with the Citizen did not come out of the blue, the Hashemites laid down its foundations, focused on professionalism and performing duty at the best and refined the personality of its affiliates to be loyal to work, and has alternatives and solutions to the dilemmas ,thanks to  continuous training and development of  abilities, and producing leaders who think outside the box and understand and read the whispers of the citizen and his pains through the affiliates of these agencies.

The citizen in Jordan does not live in it as the citizen of New Zealand and the Bahamas lives.Geopolitical challenges and scarcity of resources have cast a shadow on everyone who takes a leadership position from ministers, secretaries-general and managers, they cannot reverse what is on paper from the plans and visions of modernization unless they are characterized by a realistic and sincere leadership personality that works on simple molecules because it leads to success and is closer to the military personality.Developed countries such as the United States and China are returning retired members of their security services and military to fill positions in ministries and government institutions to benefit from their experience and outstanding management, especially in these difficult days. The security services and the army have sent their cadres to the best companies, educational institutes, hospitals and factories in the world to keep up with technological, technical, administrative and leadership developments, and most of them have been creative and gained experience and reflected on their institutions.

The rotation of officials years ago did not bring us leaders who think outside the box, and the Citizen's trust in them is still not as it should be, so we have to rotate those who served in the security services and the army to take advanced leadership positions in the government, its institutions and departments because they have something to offer in this difficult circumstance, as doctors, engineers, judges, media professionals, teachers, professionals, administrators and experts can make a difference if given opportunities.
