AMMAN — The first
national basketball team, the Jordan Falcons, lost against their Bahraini
counterpart with a score of 83–92, in a friendly on Saturday in the Bahraini
capital Manama.

The match was part of
joint preparations for the fourth stage of the Asian qualifiers for the 2023
World Cup finals.
The national team’s schedule returns to Jordan on
Tuesday.
The fourth stage competition of the qualifiers will start on
August 25, during which the Falcons will receive their Indian counterparts at
7pm in Prince Hamzah Hall in
Al-Hussein Youth City, before the national team
will be a guest of its New Zealand counterpart on August 29, at 10am in Oakland
City.
