Falcons meet Indonesia with ambitions to win Basketball World Cup qualifiers

AMMAN – The first national basketball team concludes its matches in the second leg of the Asian qualifiers for the World Cup 2023 facing the Indonesian team on February, 26 at 7pm, at Prince Hamzah Hall, at Al Hussein Youth City.اضافة اعلان

The meeting, to be broadcast live on the Jordan Sports Channel screen, is open for fans “for free”, according to a Basketball Association official announcement on its Facebook page.

Jordan Falcons leads its third group with 5 points, while Indonesia is at the bottom of the standings, with 3 points, from three consecutive losses.

The first three teams from each of the three groups qualify for the second stage of the qualifiers, will merge with one of the East Asian groups, forming a group of 6 teams that will play in two groups in the second stage.

The national team will merge with the Group A teams, which include the Philippines, New Zealand, India and South Korea, with six teams from Asia and Oceania competing for the qualifying for the Basketball World Cup.
