Falcons reach FIBA Asia Cup semifinals

AMMAN — The national women’s basketball team have made it to the semifinals of the FIBA Asia Basketball Cup, beating Kazakhstan by 72-51 (44-25 during the first half of the match), which qualifies the national team to play the winner of Syria and Kazakhstan, who play on Friday at 7pm. اضافة اعلان

Lebanon now tops its group with 4 points and two victories, while Syria took second place with 3 points, and Iran is in third place with 2 points. The national team leads its group with 4 points, while Indonesia is in second with 3 points, and Kazakhstan is in third place with two points. 

Zara Najjar stood out in the national team, scoring 13 points, while Natasha Cloud scored 14 points, and Rasha Abdo scored 15 points.
