AMMAN — The first stage (first and second leg) of the
CFI Basketball Premier League is set to conclude Monday, with a rescheduled between
Al-Wehdat and Al-Jalil, at 6 pm at Prince Hamzah Hall in Al-Hussein Youth City.
The match was postponed from the eighth round.

The Orthodox club currently leads the scoreboard with 19
points, followed by Al-Ahli in second with 17 points, then Al-Wehdat third with
15 points, and Al-Jubiha fourth with 13 points. Kufryopa is fifth while
Al-Jalil is last with a score nine points.
Wehdat’s victory would mean their rise to second place ahead
of Al-Ahli.
After this match, the
Premier League will pause until March
7, due to the first national basketball team, the “Jordan Flacons’”
participation in the Arab Basketball Championship from February 8–16.
On February 24 and 27 Jordan will be receiving Lebanon and
Indonesia’s national teams as part of the second phase of the Asian qualifiers
for the 2023 World Cup.
