Kammouneh to train Orthodox basketball women’s team

AMMAN — The Orthodox Club reached an agreement with the Syrian Abdullah Kammouneh to supervise the training of its first women’s basketball team for the 2022 season.اضافة اعلان

The director of basketball activity at the Orthodox Club, Charlie Kayal, told Jordan News: “We have contacted the former coach of the Syrian revolution team, Abdullah Kammouneh, and he expressed great enthusiasm in taking over the task of training the women’s team.”

The official completion of the contract will depend on the outcome of Kammouneh and the Orthodox club’s meeting with the Jordan Basketball League to find out the details of the new season.

Kayal also confirmed that the Orthodox club will host the West Asian Women’s Basketball Tournament at the end of May.
