Lebanese Harry Savaya to train women’s Orthodox Club basketball team

AMMAN — The Orthodox Club has contracted with Lebanese Coach Harry Savaya to supervise and train the club’s U-18 women’s team for the 2022 season. اضافة اعلان

In statements to Jordan News, coach Savaya said: “I am happy to accept this challenge as the first Lebanese coach to supervise the training of a Jordanian team.”

The Lebanese coach has an exemplary training biography; he previously worked as an assistant coach for the Antranik Club Beirut for two years before taking the position of technical director of the Armenian club Yervin, then worked as the technical director of the Players Development Academy in Moldova. He also coached the Moldovan men’s national team and the U-18 national woman’s team.
