Currently, Ittihad Amman leads the standings with a perfect record of 24 points, having concluded its first-stage journey.

Orthodox is second with 18 points, Jubeiha third with 17 points, Al-Ashrafieh fourth with 16 points, Al-Ahli fifth with 15 points, Shabab Bushra sixth with 13 points, and Al-Jalil seventh with 11 points.
