Amman– The Disciplinary Committee of the Jordan Football Association announced today a series of penalties against the "Fursan Al Urdon" and "Al-Ittihad" clubs following the riots that erupted after their recent U-17 League final match. The match, which ended in a draw and secured the title for Fursan Al Urdon, was marred by significant disturbances post-final whistle, leading to the cancellation of the championship trophy ceremony. The penalties issued by the committee include: Financial fines for both clubs. Suspensions for several players and coaches from both teams. Requiring each club to play two home matches behind closed doors without spectators.
