Amman – The Jordan Motorsports Company is set to organize the third Tandem drift race, marking the final round of the 2024 Jordan Drift Championship.اضافة اعلان

The event will take place under floodlights at the Dead Sea Circuit on Thursday and Friday, with 25 drivers from Jordan, Palestine, Syria, and Egypt set to compete.

The qualifying rounds are scheduled for Thursday, while the final race will be held on Friday. The event is supported by Zain Jordan, a leading sponsor of the championship.

According to the event's supplementary instructions, administrative checks, distribution of race numbers, and technical inspections of participating vehicles will be conducted on Wednesday at the Royal Automobile Club's training center.

Following these checks, the list of drivers cleared to compete will be announced.
By 8 p.m. on Wednesday, all racing cars must be in the maintenance lot, as no further entries will be allowed past this deadline. While cars may remain in the maintenance area overnight, this is optional for participants.

Friday's schedule will begin with an optional training session on the track from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The final round of the championship will kick off at 8 p.m., featuring the top 24 or 32 competitors.

Among the participants are prominent drivers including Abdullah Hamada (BMW A92), Raafat Haroun (Toyota GT86), Anas Al-Helou (BMW A36), Ammar Al-Habahbeh (Nissan Altima), and Suhail Al-Asbah (Palestine, BMW A46). Other notable entries include drivers from Syria and Egypt, such as Ahmed Krizan (Syria, Nissan S13), Mohammed Wagih (Egypt, BMW A90), and Raafat Al-Wazni (Palestine, BMW A36).
