The website stated that Liverpool is
"closely monitoring" Jordanian star Musa Al-Tamari, nicknamed
"Jordan's Messi," who recently led his country's national team to the
final of the Asian Cup, Khaberni reported.
Tamari has shown a good level since joining Montpellier
in France last summer, participating in 21 matches in the French league and
scoring 4 goals.
The website likened Tamari to Liverpool star
Mohamed Salah, as both excel in high skill levels, play as right-wingers, and
use their left foot effectively.
It is not yet known to what extent Liverpool
is interested in Tamari, whether aiming to sign him to replace Salah or to play
alongside him.
It is worth mentioning that Al-Tamari has
caught the attention of various clubs after his outstanding performance in the
recent Asian Cup, where he led Jordan to the final with an exceptional display
against South Korea before losing to the Qatari national team 1-3 in the final.
