Take on a challenge
In an interview with Jordan News, Sharari
stated that there is not much support for women due to low participation, which
motivated her to take on the challenge of promoting the game and organizing a
league.
She joined the Jordan Squash Federation as a
member and then became the treasurer. This allowed her to achieve her dream of
being selected as a member of the executive office and chairwoman of the
Women's Committee in the Arab Squash Federation.
Arab Championship
One of her most notable achievements is
hosting the Arab Championship on October 27, with the participation of Iraq,
Kuwait, and Palestine, and hopes to secure Saudi Arabia's participation.
She emphasized the importance of sports for
girls, stating that it maintains fitness, channels negative energy, and is
socially beneficial for building relationships. Additionally, the sport burns
800 to 1000 calories per hour, activates the mind, keeps the body and mind
healthy, increases agility, and enhances physical and muscle coordination.
