Amman– The national football team will face Zenit St. Petersburg of Russia tomorrow, Tuesday, at 5:00 PM at Abdullah bin Khalifa Stadium in Qatar.

This friendly match is part of the team's training camp in Doha, which will continue until January 29, in preparation for the third and decisive round of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
The friendly match between the national team and Zenit St. Petersburg will be repeated at 8:00 PM next Friday at Hamad Al-Kabir Stadium, and the camp will conclude with a match against Uzbekistan on Monday, January 27, at the same time at Abdullah bin Khalifa Stadium.
The national team is participating in the decisive qualification round in Group B, where they are in third place with 9 points, behind leaders South Korea (14 points) and second-place Iraq (11 points), followed by Oman (6 points), Kuwait (4 points), and Palestine in sixth place with 3 points.
According to the qualification system, the teams are divided into three groups, each containing six teams. The top two teams from each group will directly qualify for the 2026 World Cup, while the third and fourth-place teams from each group will enter the fourth round of qualifiers.
