During his introductory press conference, Amotta expressed that while the training program developed by the previous national team coach, Adnan Hamad, will be maintained, some modifications will be made to further enhance it.
He underscored the importance of maximizing all resources, stating that the Jordanian national team possesses a genuine opportunity to reach the upcoming World Cup — a goal they eagerly anticipate achieving.
Amotta further explained, "I accepted the coaching role for the Falcons based on the determination I sensed among the members of the Jordan Football Association, who share the strong desire to witness the team's journey to the World Cup."
Amotta also revealed that the coaching staff will be present on the 20th of this month, fully dedicated to their responsibilities.
